LA QUINTA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER'.
Dear Mr. Frank:.
The Planning Department 'has reviewed and approved your request for one (1) . -
monument pad sign for Pad 'A', located at 50-991 Washington Street, within the
La Quinta Village Shopping Center, as shown in the attached exhibit. The approval
is subject to the following Conditions:
1. One .monument pad sign is permitted near the building's west property
line, 'and five '(5) feet behind the southern property line, and as shown on
the submitted sign graphics': The monument sign shall not exceed an
area greater than fifty (50) square feet:. The materials. for the signs .are
per the approved plan's on file with the Plann,ing Department.
2. The sign face for "US. BANK" shall be opaque painted stucco ::finish to
match the building. Blue face or other colors are not permitted.
3. Only two. (2) tenants are permitted for this monument sign.
4. The monument. sign shall have divider bars,for tenant sign separation.
5. Per the approved sign program, approval of .this monument sign
necessitates the removal of the building's . south elevation building
mounted sign.
6. The signs shall comply with the Sign Program for the La Quinta Village
Shopping Center and other related applications.
7. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building , & Safety
Department prior to installation of the signs if required.
