I All windows and doors to match existing doors and windows, green aluminum clad wood, manufactured by Sierra Pacific and installed I per manufacturers installation requirements and as existing doors and windows. Windows to be a minimum of 6" recessed in existing frame. Reinstall the iron railing in front of the new pony walls so 1 that the exteriors elevation would remain unchanged in any way other than the glass windows.
