Epoxy 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy for PHD2 hold-down at new 3-2x6 studs. (special inspection required for epoxy) 2. Install LTP4 at 24" o/c at truss over beam (R8) in the garage. 3. Replace EC column cap at Trellis Parking, trellis beam to post to a CC column cap. 4. Along girder drag truss at shear wall #1 at rear of Bonus Room provide 2x flat on top plate of wall to side of bottom chord of the girder drag truss (GDT) nail 2x flat to top plate using 16d at 3" o/c and LTP4 connector from 2x plate to bottom chord of truss at 16" o/c. The roof and floor diaphragm nailing was not observed. Roof was covered and stacked, and the floor had gyperete topping installed at time of structural observation. Install 3-2x6 studs at left side of plumbing penetration in shear wall #42 at the Garage. Epoxy 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy for PHD2 hold-down at new 3-2x6 studs. (special inspection required for epoxy) 2. Install LTP4 at 24" o/cat truss over beam (R8) in the garage. 3. Replace EC column cap at Trellis Parking, trellis beam to post to a CC column cap. 4. Replace bent stab bolt at door side of shear wall #12 at rear of Master Suite. Epoxy 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy. (special inspection required for epoxy) 5. Install HDSA or PHDSA at shear wall #37. Epoxy 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy. (special inspection required for epoxy) 6. Provide MST72 strap at end of hip beam (R6) and (R6A) strap post to beam to post. Install PHD2 hold down on 6x6 post that is supporting hip beam (R6) and (R6A). Epoxy 5/8" diameter all - thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy. (special inspection required for epoxy) 7. Install PHD2 hold down on 6x6 post at right side of beam (R16). Epoxy 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" into footing using Simpson SET epoxy. (special inspection required for epoxy). 8. Install 5/8" diameter "red heads" at 48" o/c along sill plate of wall below wind6ws along front elevation of Casita Bedroom #3. 9. Install CS16 coil strap at sill plate break at shear wall #33 in the Casita Bedroom #3. Extend strap to end of shear wall and 32" past other end of sill plate break. 10. At shear wall #6 at Bonus Room, install coil strapping on exterior side of shear wall above and below the high windows. 11. Along girder drag truss at shear wall #1 at rear of Bonus Room provide 2x flat on top plate of wall to side of bottom chord of the girder drag truss (GDT) nail 2x flat to top plate using 16d at 3" o/c and LTP4 connector from 2x plate to bottom chord of truss at 16" o/c. The roof and floor diaphragm nailing was not observed. Roof was covered and stacked, and the floor had gyperete topping installed at time of structural.observation. Please note that this letter does not relieve the City or the Special Inspectors from determining compliance with the approved structural plans.
