The pool shape changes, relocation of the fire pit, landscaping off your property and changes to the tree species and placement were approved subject to the following comments: L The Jacaranda adjacent to lot 150 will need to be changed to a 48" Melaluca. 2. The hardscape installation behind the pool adjacent to the property line was approved because it is not in close proximity to the golf course. The following comments apply to the improvements at the rear, on the Club property: 1. All irrigation must be on your personal irrigation system 2. All maintenance must be completed by your personal landscape company. 3. An on site review with Gerry Tarsitano and your landscape contractor must be completed before any work commences., 4. No grade changes will be permitted. 5. Metal header board will be required to separate your turf from the golf course landscaping. 6. You will be responsible to reimburse the Club for any damage and for all changes ` to the existing golf course irrigation. Any work on the golf course irrigation will be completed by golf course personnel and billed back to you. 7. The turf edging will correspond with the existing contours as agreed upon with you. 8. The turf must be maintained to the golf course standards. 9. Overwatering that would adversely affect the golf course is prohibited and any repairs resulting from water mismanagement will be charged back to you.
