Re: Residential Fire Sprinkler Plan Review

The Riverside County Fire Department Planning & Engineering personnel have reviewed your
sprinkler plans for the above referenced project. Please be advised that your plans require the
following corrections.
Please provide the following InfonnaUon In your next submittal:
1) Per section R313 and NFPA 13D Sprinkler System shall be designed and installed by
one of the following:
-Fire Protection Contractors (C-16)
-General Manufactured Housing Contractors (C-47)
-Owner-Occupied Owner -Builders (One per calendar year)
2) Provide a recent (within 6 months) water flow verification letter frorn the water purveyor
�fz) 3) Provide hydraulic calculations based on the ACTUAL water flow

NO inspections will be performed until Riverside County Fire Department Planning &
Engineering staff has approved the corrected plans.
