Default occurred as set forth in a Notice of Default and Election to Sell which was recorded in the offke
of the Recorder of said County.
All requirements of law regarding the mailing of copies of notices of default and related notices and the
posting and publication of copies of the Notice of Sale have been complied with.
Said property was sold by said Trustee at public auction on May 29, 1990 of 10:00 A.M. at the place
named in the Notice of Sale, in the County of RIVERSIDE, in which the property is situated. Grantee,
being the highest bidder at such sale, became the purchaser of said property and paid therefore to
said Trustee the bid being $61,793.21, in lawful money of the United States, or by the satisfaction,
pro tanto, of the obligations then secured by said Deed of Trust.

GENERAL MOTES
1. Design valid for use with Hydro -Air connectors only.
This truss design is not intended for any specific
structure, but only as an individual structural
component which must be incorporated into a building
design by the building designer.
2. Bracing specified is for lateral support of individual
truss members only. Errection and permanent bracing
of the overall building structure isthe responsibility of
the erection supervisor and building designer. For
general guidance see Bracing Wood Trusses.'
3. Forother important inf ormation see Quality Standard
for Trusses,' Handling and Erection of Wood
Trusses,' and Recommended Code of Standard
Practice for the Metal Plate Connected Wood Truss
Industry.'
4. Cut members to bear tightly against each other.
5. Place plates on each face of truss at each joint and
seat securely. Avoid knots and wane at joint locations.
6. Plate sizes and types, and lumber sizes and grades,
are minimum for spans shown.
7. Locate chord splices at t/. panel length (±6") from
adjacent joint.
8. Unless otherwise noted, moisture content of lumber
shall not exceed 19% at time of fabrication.
9. Unless specifically noted, this design is not applicable
for use with fire retardant or preservative treated
lumber.
10. Camber is a non-structural consideration and is the
responsibility of truss fabricator. General practice is
to camber for dead load deflection.
11. Provide copies of this truss design to the building
designer and erection supervisor.
12. Top chords must be sheathed throughout or purlins .
provided at prescribed spacing.
13. Bottom chords require lateral bracing at loft. spacing
if no ceiling is installed unless otherwise noted.
14. Anchorage and/or tie-in components are the
responsibility of others unless shown.
15. Do not stack construction materials on roof that
induces loading on truss greater than design loads.
16. Do not cut or alter truss without prior approval of a
professional engineer.
17. Building designer is responsible to insure that loading
shown hereon is applicable to building site.
18. Care should be exercised in handling, erection, and
installation of trusses.
19. The truss fabricator is responsible to provide plating
for handling as required.
20. Never use a damaged truss.
