landscaping to be overgrown and dead, bushes to be dead, 12/15/05
wood fence to be in disrepair, debris to be piled, windows 12/15/05. '

and plans to have the clean up'completed in 10 more days. 12/.16/05
He also went to building and safety and spoke to Ed about 12/16/05
the improvements and to aquire the proper -permits. 12/16/05
