Dear Mr. Venture:
It has been determined by a special inspection for fire damage at the
above address that the following is necessary to rehabilitate" the dwelling.
Structural:
1. Replace roof trusses, sheathing, and roof covering complete,
including top plates of exterior and interior walls,over all '
rooms except front bed room. Front bedroom trusses -not damaged.
2. Remove all drywall on -interior walls.
3. Replace all drywall on ceilings,
4. Rebuild complete den/patio at north east end of dwel_ing.
5. Replace fire damaged doors, door jams, windows, and window frames
as necessary.
6. Replace kitchen cabinets complete.
7. Replace bathroom cabinets as necessary.
8. Paint and spray acoustic as needed.
Electrical:
1. Rewire complete including new service and panel box. Do not reg
use any romex subjected to heat.
Plumbing:
1. Replace all waste pipe above slab. Water test required.
2. Replace all water, piping above slab. Pressure test required.
3. Replace all faucets, sinks,.and hose bibcocks as necessary.
Replace toilet fixtures as necessary.
Mechanical:
1. Replace heating and A/C on"roof.
2.. Replace all ducts in .attic.
3. 'Replace range hood and vent pipe - 3 screws per joint on pipe to'
outside air.
A building permit and progress inspections are required on the work to be,
