question of the wall constructed by Mr. James Cesare between
my dwelling and his dwelling.

That I will engage an engineer to inspect the wall
and my adjacent property and to determine and recommend
appropriate remediation, if any, of any problem that exists.
Further, to the extent that the civil engineer who I retain
determines that any corrective actions is necessary and
that said action would be my legal responsibility, I will,
complete the same within 60 days of --your issuance..of the Cert-
ificate=.6f.0ccuparicy =°provided -that I am not prevented
from doing so by the actions or conduct of Mr. Cesare or
by any matter which is beyond my control.
