to install a new fireplace. 11
After due consideration the Architectural Committee has approved your request
contingent that the fireplace does not project into the 7ft. side yard setback or the 10 ft.
rear set back.
The following outlines the approved times for construction:
October 1st — April 30a' / Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. — Sundown
May Is' — September 30,h / Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. — Sundown
Construction is not permitted on weekends or official holidays from the onset of
construction until the final inspection of the residence has been completed. Daily lot
clean up of the streets and gutters free of dirt, mud and debris is required from your
contractors.
