While we were at the job site, we found several omissions and deviations from the plans. All missing items were installed and verified while we were at the jobsite, and at that time we found the structure to be in general compliance with the structural design concept. We also observed the nailing of the shearwall at the back left side of the great room (as due to scheduling and coordinating the various trades, the door installer was putting break metal at the inside of the pocket door, which covers up the holdowns for future framing inspection).
