The proposal is approved subject to the comments listed below being addressed during construction. 1. The wall height at the rear exceeds the guideline allowances for walls facing the golf course however, given the location of the pool and the distance to the cart path the committee is recommending approval of the request. Plant material directly adjacent to the pool wall will need to be replaced at a mature height if disrupted during the demolition and S construction phases. 2. All materials for the bck of the pool wall, other than the stucco portions, must be submitted for approval prior to installation in the field. 3.
