Dear Mr. Davidson,
This correspondence shall serve as notification from the Tradition Architectural Design Review
Committee ("ADRC") that your request to replace the rear yard deck and remodel the pool was
further reviewed at the August 6, 2015 meeting. The project has been approved subject to the
following conditions which the contractor indicated he will be address in the field:
1. The fire bowls were approved subject to there being no light spilling over to the adjacent
properties.
2. The raised wall cannot exceed the 18" allowable height limit, from adjacent grade.
3. All new and/or replacement planting must be shown on a plan and approved prior to
installation. Any plant material which must be subtle so as not spillover to the
surrounding golf course property or neighboring lots. No colored lights are allowed. ,
