Dear Michael A J. Michaux:
We are pleased to inform you that your Architectural Application to install an outdoor kitchen was approved.
Please ensure that you comply with the conditions noted below:
1. All materials must match the existing colors, textures and finishes and be compatible with the existing house.
2. All work is to be done in accordance with all City and State Building requirements, and applicable permits
must be in place prior to commencement of construction.
3. Upon completion of modification at your unit, please complete the attached Notice of Completion. The
Association will then schedule a final"property inspection and a final approval letter along with your deposit
will be forwarded to you when completed.
4. The Committee approves plans and specifications based on aesthetics and compliance with the community
guidelines. They do not review for engineering design or structural integrity. Zoning and building permits are the
responsibility of the homeowner.
5. The Committee has the right to inspect improvements, constructed or being constructed, to determine that
such improvements have been or are being built in compliance with the plans and specifications approved.
