The forces page has been updated to reflect the new CBC 2010 call out — wind force design did not change since the new 2010 CBC still refers to ASCE 7-05 for lateral force design — which the 2007 CBC used. • . The 2010 CBC still refers to the ACI 530 -08 edition for masonry design — which again the 2007 CBC refers. Retainpro software used for the design has not updated as yet for the 2010 CBC — I'm using the 9.18 version which is the latest. The design method and allowables will not change. The only change would be the 2007 to 2010 Call out on the print outs. So there are no changes to the designs — only editorial changes.
