Fugitive Dust Control PM10 Plan (< 1 acre per Lot or Infill Project) Plan Updated 6-26-08 This Fugitive Dust Control Plan shall take into account applicable SCAQMD Regulations Rule 403, 403.1, 4011 402, 201, 203 and Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP). ❖ WATERING: Continuous watering is required to prevent dust and must occur a minimum of four (4) times daily.
