When the area of exterior roof surface to be replaced exceeds 50% of the existing root area, or 1,000 fe, whichever is less, the net
roofing arm must meet the roofing product "Cool Roof" requirements of s152(b)1H1, 152(b)1Hll, or 152(b)1H111.
