Listed below are omissions and deviations we observed, and our repair recommendations. Masters Plan I B. Lot 1: i . Install boundary nailing .across the garage header at the garage front shear walls. 2. Install 2-2x under girder truss at the outside wall of the service and 2-2x cripple studs above the header at the opposite end of the truss. 3. Install. anchor bolts at 16" o.c. at the outside wall of the service as marked on the sill plate with, blue paint. 4. Install ST6224 strap vertically down the back of the 6.3/4 x 16 '/, glb to the 4x post below. 5. Install 2x6 on edge below the girder truss at the back of the family per our discussion, and a 2x nailed to the stud at the opposite end. (Truss vertical reaction = I. Sk) 6. It is permissible to run the return air through the #10 shear wall between bedroom 2 and the family room. 7. Coil strap from 12' plate to 14' plate missing at the # 12 shear wall at the back wall of the house at the master bedroom. Install a MSTA36 from blocking in the low wall to blocking in the high wall per our discussion. 8. Extend slab 2" and provide structural support for the sill plate at the left edge of the dining room pop -out under the 6x 12 beam per the attached detail "A". Install a ST6224 strap wrapped around the bottom edge of the 6x12 drop beam where the beam was notched to fit into the hanger. 10. Install boundary nailing to the post w/ HD at the #I 1 shear wall at the left side of the grand room. H. It is permissible to eliminate the ST6224 straps from the 6xI2 beam at the entry, as the beam was installed as a header with 2-2x top plates.rnnning continuous across the beam. 12. Install 5/8 anchor bolts at the #11 shear wall at the back of the bar. 13. Install boundary nailing, to the post w/ HD in the hall outside of bedroom 4 (near the courtyard). 14. Add one % anchor bolt in the #10 shear wall at the back of bedroom 4. 15. Add anchor bolts at the right outside wall of bedroom 4 in the # 10 shear wail.
