We found the framing to be in general compliance with the plans, calculations, and design concept during the back check on October 1, 1997. In addition to performing the back check, we also performed the required special inspection for the installation of two threaded rods in the foundation using Hilti epoxy. The drilled hole was of the correct depth, found to be clean, and the installation was done in accordance with the manufacturer's i-nstructions.
