To whom It May Concern,
On Friday, February 26, 1993 Dateland Construction Company Inc.,
installed a septic system at 31-120 Herrera for David Miller, DBA Pacific
Trades. The system was scheduled to be a 1000 gallon, tank and a 6' X
40''leach pit. A stratum of sande material was encountered at 16' below
inlet and continued for 6' and we installed a 24' leach pit, the bottom
6' being in sand, Dateland warrants that the septic system as installed
."will work properly for the life of the structure: Formal wear and tear
and abuse excepted, We normally call the Riverside County Department
of En iromenFal Health for clearance on changing pit depth. The Health
Department is on a compressed schedule closed every other Friday. They
wera closed on February 2b and we changed the size of the pit from 40,
to 24' on our own initiative. If necessary it is probab?e't'hat Dateland
Constructio:z can get a retroactive clearance from the Health Department.
