Remove tile in area where penetration is required. 2. Locate rafters. 3. Drill pilot holes into rafters. 4. Mount base track using two (2) 5/16" by 2 lit" long lag bolts with washers. 5. Tighten bolts to 15 ft -Ib. 6. Mark where track intersects with peak of tile. 7. Drill tile with carbide tipped 1-r/2" hole saw. 8. Insert track bolt in track approximately below peak of tile. . 9. Insert tile and engage the threaded hole in post with the track bolt through the hole in tile. 10.Tighten post to 5 ft -Ib by hand. 11.Flash in accordance to local building code.
