In accordance with your request, we have examined the roof on the above residence and wish to
present the following proposal for a new roof, which is necessary at this time.
1. Remove all existing rock possible by broom sweeplt!lg.

2. Install one layer of 40# felt and 245# 25 Year composition shingles.
FIAT AREA (Patio)
1. Over entire area # 28 Fiberglass base sheet lapping 2" on sides and 4" on ends. Nail
approximately 12" on center at side laps and 18" on center, staggered, in field.
2. Install galvanizedvel stop at eaves.
3. Install 2 layers of Type IV Fiberglass ply sheet solidly mopped to base sheet and between plies
with hot asphalt.
3. When all above has been completed, install Fiberp'ass mineral surfaced cap sheet solidly
mopped to ply sheets with hot asphalt.
Remove all roofing debris and leave site in workmanlike condition.
