Re: Roof Estimate
Remove roof tiles and set aside for later use. Check for any weak area, any found will be inspected for
dry rot, and any dry rot found will be replaced at a time and material bases upon approval of owner or
agent. Sweep roof clean. At roof valleys install one later #40 felt underlayment and install valley
metal. Over entire roof install one layer #40 felt underlayment with primary pipe and vent flashings.
Install hip and ridge nailer boards and rap boards with one layer of tile underlayment. Install new
Saddle, tile pan, and roof to wall metal. Over water tight roof re -install roof tiles with new secondary
pipe and vent flashings. Mortar all hip and ridge and install trim tile. Paint all pipe and vent flashing
to match roof file color.

FIVE (5) YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST LEAKS ONLY OVER WORK PERFORMED BY CASTRO ROOFING, INC. AND BE EFFECTIVE UPON
FULL PAYMENT
