Energy Star Rated, Title 24 Compliant, CRRC Roof System
This Proposal is in regard to the above referenced project. We are proposing
to supply and install the pitched roofing system, furnishings and installations
will be as explained below;
Demolition & Clean -Up: Ail will remove existing tiles and underlavment and
haul away. All fasteners from the existing roof will be pulled from the substrate,
this will give a cleaner surface for the preparations of the new roofing. AJI
will dispose of all roofing waste.
Underlayment: AJI will provide and install one (1) laver of palisades
undulayment. This material is superior to asphalt felt underlavment. It is 30
times stronger, 6 times lighter. This product has a flame retardant formulation,
which provides a class "A" roof when used with shingle roofing. It will be
secured to the substrate with 1" round cap roofing nails.
Composition Shingle Roof System: AJI will provide and install a new Owens
Corning Oakridge (dimensional composition shingle) Roofing System. The roof
will be installed to the manufacturers specifications Owens Corning composition
shingle withstands winds up to 130 mph while providing a class "A" fire rating.
This bid is for a Amber shingle roof, there will be an additional cost for a colored
title 24 approved shingle. The Oakridge shingles are backed by Owens Corning
Limited Life Time Warranty. Please see Owens Corning Limited Life Time Warranty
for more information. Price includes providing and installing new edge metal, all
roof gelated metal flashings as needed, roof permits and taxes, and a 5 year
workmanship warranty.
Flat Roof Scope Of Work: AJI will install a GAF TPO single ply roof system, over
wood substrate using the following materials. One (1) laver 60 mil white GAF TPO
membrane mechanically fastened, over two (2) lavers of FR-10(fire barrier)
slipsheet nailed to wood deck. Price includes providing and installing all new
Clad edge metal, and a 5 year workmanship warranty

• Contractor will pay a 10% deposit upon contract execution.

after Completion of its said work. Said guarantee to cover defects in material
and Workmanship only and not to extend to damage to roofing caused by the
elements, Other unusual ACTS of GOD and shall not cover any liability for
damage to Interiors fixtures, decorations, walls contents of building or other
parts of Structure not to damage of faulty construction. It is also understood
and agreed That the above guarantee shall be made and remain only when
and if payment is Made as agreed in this contract.

Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra
cost Of material or labor will only be executed upon written orders for same,
