Dear Mr. Butler,
This is to inform the City of La Quinta, as of September 12, 2000, Fedderly Companies is
no longer representing us as our General Contractor. We have decided to hire A. J.
Portolesi Construction to complete the construction of our home on La Trobe Lane. His
mailing address is P. O. Boz 1802, Palm Desert, CA 92260. Cell # 760-409-9198.
Lynn Mills was our representative monitoring the accounting through Fedderly and will
continue to work with Joe Portolesi in an Administrative/Accounting position on our
behalf on a daily basis to complete our residence in a timely and efficient manner.
