telephone number and shall be wet -signed by the preparer. Digital signatures are not
acceptable. If the preparer is a licensed architect or engineer, all documents prepared by that
licensed individual shall also bear his/her stamp as prescribed by the California Business and
Professions Code. Resubmittals will not be accepted with signatures missing.
