One of the plan check corrections for the Sollitto residence is that the patio at Master Bedroom
encroaches into the 20' rear setback Kristi took a look at this and wanted to know if this is truly an issue
since its only approx. 6" that is encroaching. I've clouded the area in question on the following sheet.
Please let us know at your earliest convenience if we need to revise our plan, or if it's a non -issue.

The Traditions - Lot 26 residence. We observed framing, wall sheathing, drag
straps and connections for conformance with the structural plans and notes on
sheet S-1 and required by the 1997 UBC Section 1702. To the best of our
knowledge and within the limitations of visual observation, all of the deficiencies
noted have been corrected and the final construction is in substantial conformance
with the approved project structural plans.
