The Tradition Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC) reviewed the revised final
working drawings submitted for your home on Latrobe Lane. The project is approved to start
construction once a ' building permit has been obtained. However, the use of a medium seeded
glass, rather than lightly seeded glass, is required on all exterior mounted light fixtures. In
addition, a decorative bulb should be utilized given the design of the proposed fixture.
