The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for the installation
of a building -mounted sign for "Assai Mortgage"', located -at 47-120 Dune Palms Road.
The approval of this sign permit is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one permanent building -mounted, reverse channel letter
signs. The sign color, materials and location are per approved plans on file with
the Planning Department.
2. Letter height shall not exceed twelve (12) inches. Total area for the signs
