1 OD AND 8D FASTENERS WERE FLUSH NAILED WITH MINIMAL OVER PENETRATION WITH 1/2" EDGE
NAILING DISTANCE AT PANEL EDGES AND ENDS. CS 16 COIL STRAP WAS IN PLACE TOP AND BOTTOM OF
OPENINGS AS PER DETAIL S1.5A-2.PUNCH LIST ITEMS ARE LISTED BELOW.
*GENERAL EARTHBOUND INSTALLATION APEARS TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EARTHBOUND DRAWINGS
OTHER THAN PUNCH LIST ITEMS LISTED BELOW. 1/2", 5/8" AND 3/4" ALL THREAD WERE COUPLED WITH BRIDGE

FOR BUILDING 2100 A2 SECOND LEVEL ROOFS. ALSO PROVIDED LIMITED VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE ROOF
UNDERLAYMENT ON BUILDINGS 2200 AND 2300.
,*THE ROOF SHEATHING OBSERVED WAS 19/32" STRUCT. 1 A.P.A. RATED O.S.B., UNBLOCKED. DIAPHRAM NAILING
WAS PER PLAN 1 OD @ 6" O.C. ON BOUNDARY AND EDGES AND 12" O.C. AT INTERMEDIATE FRAMING MEMBERS.
DRAGS WERE NAILED @ 6" O.C. AS WELL. FASTENERS WERE FLUSH NAILED WITH MINIMAL OVER PENETRATION.
NO DEFLECTION WAS GREATER THAN 1/2" WHILE STANDING ON THE UNBLOCKED SEAMS. NO GAPS WERE
OBSERVED WHICH WERE GREATER THAN 1/4".
*GENERAL ROOF UNDERLAYMENT INSTALLATION LOOKS GOOD (FONTANA VULCASEAL #30 ASTM D-226 TYPE II),
ICBO ES ER-5434 TWO LAYERS, HAD 3"-4" HEADLAPS AND 6" SIDELAPS. FELT WAS RUN UP THE Z-BAR BACKING
AND OVER THE RAKED EDGES A MIN. OF 1". PRIMARY FLASHINGS WERE BIBBED WITH FELT AND WERE SEALED
WITH MASTIC AT THE PIPE TO FLASHING INTERSECTIONS. HIP AND RIDGE NAILERS HAD FELT RUN UNDER AND
OVER ONTO THE ROOF DECK A MIN. OF 3".TOOK DIGITAL PHOTOS OF TYPICAL ROOF UNDERLAYMENT
