The following comments are based upon my observations and requirements to approve the application of Change of Use and the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Please provide written evidence of a current City Business License for the pet grooming business. 2. Please correct the following electrical conditions observed; * Protect all exposed electrical wiring at main electrical service closet. * Construct approved junction box for open/exposed electrical wire splice. * Construct missing electrical cover plate at receptacle. * Construct approved dead front at electrical disconnect. * Construct approved exterior planter light fixture or terminate exposed electrical wires in an approved weather proof junction box. 3. Obtain a building permit.to replace broken windows on the Eisenhower Drive elevation. Please submit approved 2005 Energy Title 24 Calculation with permit application for review and approval prior to replacing windows. Remove plywood. Please be aware that any tenant improvement, alteration and/or expansion of the building and use will require a building permit with Building Department review and approval. Additional corrections for site accessibility, interior accessibility and exiting were noted and will be addressed at that time.
