Planning has received the first installment of in -lieu parking fees in .the
amount of $7,693.00, paid by the applicant on 9/19/12, as per the recorded
Development Agreement adopted under Ordinance 495. The second half of
the in -lieu fees shall be due prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
2. Planning has authorized Building and Safety to issue the building permit for
the site lighting (green sheet approval). Other departments may have
additional requirements prior to Building Department issuance.
