On December 29, 1986.you issued us a permit to build a single family
residence on the above property.
we have made application with FHA for a construction loan and to date
we have not yet received the FHA commitment. Upon receipt of the commitment
we can then obtain financing and start construction.
When I spoke to you in May regarding the expiration of the above permit,
you stated a letter from ourselves explaining the time delay in getting
the FHA commitment would enable you to extend the permit time by six
months.
Hopefully we will have financing arranged soon and we can start construction
as soon as possible.
Thank you for your courtesy in extending this building permit.
