We hereby submit specifications and estimate for masonry work per the following. Construct masonry block walls per ORCO
Standard Wall System, trench style footing.
Furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct masonry block wall in front of home, see attached plan for lay -out
purpose, exact dimensions to be determined on site and approved by Owner. Excavate footing, install rebar, pour concrete
footing and build masonry walls as required. Said block walls to be constructed of 6X6X16,12X6X12 tan'slumpstone and with
4X8X18 three -score slumpstone cap, all masonry units by ORCO Block Co. Masonry walls height and dimension to be
constructed per plan.
Others to determine property lines and setbacks as required. All soils generated by footing placement shall remain on site,
removal, if necessary to be done by others. Estimate does not include backfilling, soil compaction or any grading of soils. Others
to determine primary benchmark for actual height of walls. Others to provide all soil compaction or testing. Others to provide
and pay all building permits and special inspections as required. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be
completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra over and above this estimate. Estimate
subject to review upon receipt of approved drawings. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, acts of God and delays
beyond our control. This Proposal is valid for 30 days.
