Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code, or that. he is exempt therefrom, and the basis
for the alleged exemption. Any violation of Section 7031.5 by any applicant for a permit
subjects the applicant to a civil penalty of not more than Ove hundred dollars ($500).

The following changes and additions to the framing have been
reviewed and approved:
1) Corner post hardware at front 'porch (ECCLL66):
Substituted ECC66 and HU614 Hanger with 8-16d, sinkers
and added MST strap around corner beams.
2) Existing 6x6 headers at entry door and window are
adequate for non-bearing conditions.
3) Shear transfer at garage wall and off -set truss:
Add flat 2x4 block and back -nail through truss bottom
chord and wall top plate for shear load continuity.
