We Hereby Submit Specifications And Estimates For:
PROPOSAL FOR NEW EVAPORATIVE COOLER
Install one TH4800, 4800 cfm Phoenix Trophy side draft cooler with 3/4 hp 2 speed motor and 8" pads on wall
and duct into 4 openings. Mount cooler on iron frame with damper at cooler. Run all sheet metal, foil flex duct,
cans and curved blade grills. Run 1/4" copper water line with shut off valve. Run electrical from panel to cooler
with thermostat on wall. Run 3/4" over flow pipe for Cleanmachine. Install 4 up ducts in ceiling to vent cooler to
attic. 1 Year installers warranty. DCS to pull city permit. Permit fee not to exceed $ 100:00.

Note: For 5 year parts and labor warranty add $ 98.00.
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for
