Clark Ref: Citrus Course Architectural Submittal 78800 Lima St., La Quints Dear Mr. & Mr. Clark: I am writing on behalf of the Citrus Course Architectural Committee. The Committee has reviewed the revised plans you submitted on October 9, 2000. The revised plans are conditionally approved and you can begin construction on your home. Not yet approved are the Landscape and Irrigation Plans that are being reviewed by the CCHOA Landscape Committee. We expect to have their comments in the next two weeks. Also required before installation is a detailed Pool and Spa Plan. , The picture that was supplied and the location 'of the pool and spa shown on the Planting Plan are not sufficient. Please be advised the McIntyre Pools knows our requirements so creating a detailed plan should not pose a problem. If there is a question, they need to refer to our architectural guidelines on pools and spas as to what should be detailed. Also, please be advised that the location of the pool equipment needs to be indicated on the Site Plan as well as the Pool Plan.' We also need more than a picture of the front entry gate before we can approve its installation. As we stated before we need to know material of construction and color. This detail was not noted on any of the drawings. The picture indicates the design, which is acceptable. Several additions and corrections need to be made on some of the drawings before they are formally approved. First we need to review and approve an Electrical Plan. This Plan was not included in the set of revised drawings and we need it so we can determine where the outdoor house lighting is being located. Secondly, the note pertaining to "drain -line run off to a bubbler -box" needs to be removed from the Site Plan drawing as it is no long appropriate. Also, the Plant Legend on the Planting Plan needs to include all of the plants -that are to be installed. For example, we were unable to.identify shrub."eur" as it was missing from the Plant Legend. We continue to recommend the light machine finish, like the finish now being used on the house.
