The Architectural Committee is in receipt of all required plans for the First and Second Submittal:

The Architectural Committee noted that your Working Drawings do not indicate the installation of a
wall around the pool equipment as required in the Architectural & Landscaping Rules, Standard &
Guidelines, Article III, Section 4(w). The Landscape Committee reviewed the Landscape plans and
found the irrigation specifications complete and the Landscape design acceptable.
On October 8, 2014, the Architectural Committee approved the entire First & Second Submittal by
majority vote of the committee members, with the inclusion and requirement of the pool equipment
wall as outlined in Article III, Section 4(w).
You are authorized to begin your project and proceed to the point of the Third Submittal.
SUBMITTAL NO. 3 - SURVEYED PLAN. After the foundation for the dwelling unit and all
other improvements, which are located within the building envelope, have been staked, the
Owner shall have the Lot surveyed by a certified surveyor. The purpose of the survey is to
ensure that the boundaries of the building envelope are not violated. This survey must be
submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval prior to the commencement of
construction, e.g., the pouring of footing and foundations.
