SURFACE PREPARATION
A. Kemove any contaminants that will interfere with the Adhesion of sprayed urethane foam to
the subsume. Surface shall he fYee of prose particles.

C. Replace damaged plywood at an udditional cost of 545.00 per shut or my portion thereof.
D. Rnnf deck shall be primed with Ncup ima primer at [he rate of .33 to .SO gallons per l00 square

K. Install new foam -stop metal around the perimeter of the building, including all c:rtwallu ,
eyebrows. The new metdi will not be painted.
APPLICATION OF POLYURET14ANR FARM AND COATING
A. Urethane foam insulation shall be sprayed -applied to a nominal thickness of 1" (plus or minus
1/4 inch). Additional roam will be added in the low areas to help minimize ponding. Some
ponding will remain. Only 3 lbs. density Now will be used in this application.
13. Coating shall be applied in a minimuin of three (3) separate coats.
a. Thu: bwe and intermediate coals shall be applied at a rate of 1.25 gallons per 100 square
feet.
b. 'Me top coat shall be applied at a rate of 1.50 gallons per 100 square flet, yielding a total
�,ystatn thicknonn fbr nil three coats of 30-32 'Total Dry Mils.
C. During the final topcoat application, size rt 1 1 granules will be umbedded Into the wet

d. All roam is to be coawd. Coating shall extend up and over all foamed vent pipes and
terrttinated a minimum of 2 inclic;t above the foam, crowing a neat appearance, sclf-
