The Architectural Committee has reviewed your Architectural Variance submittal of preliminary
plans for a casita addition and the enclosure of the golf course side covered patio, i.e. the kitchen
expansion. The following proposed casita drawings: Sheets 1, 2 & 3 dated February 12, 2012,
and the revised east elevation dated June 1, 2012 prepared by Robert A. Pitchford were provided.
Also provided ware the proposed kitchen expansion drawings: Sheets 1 & 2, date February 16,
2012. The proposed casita addition and kitchen expansion are acceptable conceptually in
accordance with the ArchIrectmal Guidelines, Association's CC&R's, and Maintenance and
.lndemnily Agreement
The following conditions and/or requirements are pertinent:
1. Finallplans must be submitted for review.
2. Submit a copy of the City of La Quinta building department permit and the city stamped
plans prior to starting any work.
3. The homeowner and contractor are to meet with the Landscape/Irrigation Manager, Bill
Bobbitt, and the Maintenance/Lighting ManagWil
