approve them as presented with the following additions:
The color of the Pebble Tec pool finish is to be pearl black and the
"Boulders" to be placed around the pool are to be a grey -tan color as
is common throughout the Citrus.
• Drains to be added to the decking and connect. to side drains that
empty out to the street through 'a curb cut.
