of my site observations of the structural framing for the project mentioned abov"e.
It appears that the structural,;framing ;complies with the approvedconstruction documents
except as noted Du MontEngineering has listed. the unacceptable findings as`follows: '

double top'plate.

3. No diaphragm`blocking.
