The Architectural Committee reviewed your submission for a Casita addition, new garage doors,and exterior paint _
at your home located at the above address within the Master Association of Rancho La Quinza. _
Your request for a wood front gate was not approved as wood isnot an acceptable material fc r entry gates.
Your sub'mission'as presented is approved contingent on the following:
• Garage doors shall be Clopay Canyon Ridge Collection in the color Walnut Oak with no windows.
• Paint shall be Dunn Edwards, Phoenix Villa (stucco) and Western Pursuit (trim).
• Inside portion of masonry stucco walls must be painted the same color as your house. The top portion of
the walls shall. be painted, or remain, the darker color of the two houses it divides.
• House shall not be painted the same color as the house or houses on either side of your residence.
• Any damage to the common area caused during this construction shall be repaired by the Owner to the
satisfaction of the Association.
• All work'is to be done in accordance with all applicable requirements of governmental entities, -including
the City of La Quinta and in accordance with all Homeowners Association Architectural/Landscape
Guidelines'and governing documents.
• If required, a -City of La Quinta building permit will be obtained and copy furnished to the Association
prior to commencement of work.
