Our firm has made periodic structural observation visits to this project during the
course of its construction. Visits were made to observe the work and determine if it
was in general conformancd with the intent of the construction documents as
prepared by our office. Reports were provided to your firm detailing deviations from
what the construction documents had intended and recommendations were made as
necessary to remediate these deviations.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the framing for Lots 2-4, 6-8, 10-12,
14-16, 18-20, 22-24 were constructed in general conformance with the intent of the
construction documents prepared by our office.'
