Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ford:
This correspondence shall serve as notification that The Hideaway Design Review Committee (DRC)
reviewed and approved your pool and wall addition subject to a planting plan being submitted detailing
the proposed planting outside of the wall blending with the existing landscape palette at B18 and B16.
All landscape improvements outside of the new walls must be approved by Hort Tech prior to installation.
Currently there is no indication with regard to what plant material is being removed and/or replacement
planting other than the addition of Bougainvillea on the walls. A meeting should be set up with Sharron
Badham (Hideaway HOA) and Wade Howery (Hort Tech) to discuss this matter. This meeting can be
completed in conjunction with the Pre -Construction Meeting if desired.
In addition, the DRC noted receipt of an email dated June 30, 2015 from Mr. Leonard to you approving
your wall and pool proposal.

questions regarding this matter or to schedule your Pre -Construction Meeting on. -,e a Permit has been
issued by the City. No work may start at the lot prior to a Pre -Construction Meeting being held as there
