installation of a wall and landscape material at your Bungalow. The plans were approved
subject to the following comments:
1. The wall must be back away from the HOA easement along. the road and
sufficiently planted with shrubs and vines similar to the ones already
completed.
2. The plan shows you are keeping all existing trees.
3. The construction must be. completed by November 1, 2008 or you can wait
