RE: APPLICATION APPROVED Pool and spa
Dear Ms. Vu:
The Architectural Committee at their most recent meeting is in agreement with the application you
submitted for a pool and spa.
The Committee appreciates your patience as we have been in the midst of seeing to it that this type of
administrative procedure is in place for all of our members.
Notwithstanding this approval, all requirements of the CC&R's and all Architectural Rules and
Guidelines must be complied with unless specifically waived in writing by the Architectural Control
Committee.
La Quinta Del Oro Community Association and The Architectural Committee acknowledge that all
approved changes in the original design will be- at the: homeowner's expense. Any damage caused by this
approved'construction will also be at the homeowner's expense to correct. It is the homeowner's
responsibility to obtain any permits, which maybe required. Additionally, the Board of Directors
encourages that a license and _insured contractor is used. This approval.does not release you from.
meeting any county, state or federal requirements'such as building permits, workmen's compensation, or
other waivers or permits.
Please feel free to proceed with the improvements. We ask that you contact the committee upon
completion so that the, committee can inspect and see that all is in -order before the final sign -off, and if
satisfactory, deposit returned.
