The Committee appreciates your patience as we have been in the midst of seeing to it that this type of administrative procedure is in place for all of our members. Notwithstanding this approval, all requirements of the CC&R's and all Architectural Rules and Guidelines must be complied with unless specifically waived in writing by the Architectural Control Committee. La Quinta Del Oro Community Association and The Architectural Committee acknowledge that all approved changes in the original design will be- at the: homeowner's expense.
