Provide CMST16 strapping 24" long at floor beam (F4) to the 6x6 post locat:,d in the dinning room adjacent to shear wall 39. 2. Over the water heater room in the garage a TJI floor joist will need to be notched at the bottom chord to allow the vent pipe to run through. Scab a 2x6 along side the top chord of the notched TJI, provide plywood filler behind the 2x6 and nail using 10d at 6" o/c staggered. 3. At the deck slot drain over the Nook, framing detail 16/S5.2 in lieu of the continuous flat 6x8 with LTP4 connectors provide 3/4" plywood nailed to the bottom of both 5.25x11.875 PSL beams each side of the deck slot drain, nail using 10d at 3" o/c. 4. Shear walls #6, #25, #26, #34, and #37 shall be sheathed both sides as per frming plan. The roof diaphragm nailing was not observed. Roof was covered and stacked at time of -tructural observation. ; Please note that this letter does not relieve the City or the Special Inspectors from determining compliance with the approved structural plans.
