submitted. Color -matching of material to the stucco is required and is the owner's responsibility.
The Architectural Committee reserves the right to request a deposit, but one is not required at this
time. Please observe all completion deadlines, and where appropriate, be sure to obtain any
permits prior to commencement.
Owners are responsible to disclose any modifications to subsequent buyers, and all associated
costs of variances (including but not limited to maintenance and removal) are the sole
