Mrs. Vanier for some time hada habit of sending repainnen down anytime of the day (when she did send someone down) whether 1 was home or away without an appointment. My pool was not finalized until July 2001, two years after closing on my house. However, I fail to understand how the certificate of occupancy could have been issued wltile. the telephone wires were not installed, the pool had not be finahied, the plumbing was not tested and �n. cleared, windows were not installed securely, therefore, I could not use an alann system. The entry gates T' were not yet installed although 1 had a pool, making me liable if a child drowned in my pool My attorney and the California Contractors State License Board explain that Statute of Limitations require a 4 to 10 year time frame to hold the builder responsible for repairs. I know several of my neighbors who have the same problems and similar issues that 1 have in trying to get repairs done. 1 would like to aPPeal to you to resolve these issues on an amicable basis.
